I started using the new navigation design because it is much better than the previous one, but now I can't clear all caches in one go because the option "Flush all caches" is gone.
* Open the skin settings: /admin/appearance/settings/gin.
* In the Navigation (Drupal Toolbar) section, select a new look (experimental).
* In the Tools section of the menu there is no "Flush all caches" option, in the other layouts it was available.

I'm closing this for now as works as designed. It's a known limitation of the new navigation design and we'll work on solutions in the core implementation.
