Social_post name conflict

Problem/Motivation

OpenSocial has a social_post module - social:social_post
Social has a social_post module - drupal:social_post
Social Feed Fetcher (SFF) creates a social_post content type

Is there anyway to rename the social_post content type from SFF to sff_post just so there is not name conflict?

Or rename social_posts_x from this module to sff_posts_x ?
