Problem/Motivation

In README.md

- [Layout Fields](https://drupal.org/project/layout_fields) - 1 field widget

But it should be:

- [Layout Paragraphs](https://drupal.org/project/layout_paragraphs) - 1 field widget

Proposed resolution

  1. Create MR → with suggested changes.
  2. Then set issue Status to Needs review.
