SDC Components: Review all component schema structure

Problem/Motivation

There have been lots of changes to the structure of SDC components and we need to do a full review of all the component.yml files to ensure they have been updated.

Proposed resolution

Review all outstanding components listed below and update their schema's to ensure we are following recommended structures for the SDC components.
