Update Y Styles admin interface to include titles on for icons

Unfortunately, a colourblind person or person with bad vision would not be able to distinguish the difference between the colour options in the Y Styles admin interface, or the style options below that.

We will need to include labels for the colour scheme options for YUSA and Y Canada colourways, and for the icons for the other theme settings.
