Fix missing views bulk operation on the media grid view after upgrading to Varbase ~9.1.0

Problem/Motivation

The bulk operation does not appear in the media grid view, but it is visible in the media table view.

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to /admin/content/media-grid and notice that the bulk operation is not displaying or functioning properly. Even when you select an item, the message "No items selected" still appears.

The Drupal core version is 10.

In Varbase Media 9.0.x
