Opigno social link added to main menu without checking enabling state of social feature.

Problem/Motivation

In the latest Opigno updates in opigno_social_update_9003 added menu social link.
But if the social feature not enabled (see the settings page /admin/config/opigno_class/socialsettings), the link leads to denied page.
Also the main menu social link doesn't depend to the state of social feature enabling and always displayed.

Steps to reproduce

  • Update Opigno to the latest v3.1.x or v3.2.x
  • Check that "Social" link exists in main menu
  • On the page /admin/config/opigno_class/socialsettings disable "Enable social features" option
  • Go to /social-feed page, the page is denied

Proposed resolution

Add main menu social link dependency to social feature enabling state.
Add update to set menu social link depending to social feature enabling state.
