Open availability from time before

Problem/Motivation

A Sporting Club accepts reservation for courts only a few days before the actual sporting event. if you want play on Saturday 20th, you book only from Thursday 18th.

Proposed resolution

Add a "open_from_time_before" field to unit and apply the rule via code
