Closing as we're already on Turbo 8 stable at this point.
Opening this to keep track of new things in Turbo that are relevant to us, and as a to do to implement or accomodate.
At the time of writing, 8.0.0-beta.2 is the most recent release; see release notes for 8.0.0-beta1 and 8.0.0-beta.2
Notable fixes/improvements since 7.3.0:
turbo:before-render and turbo:render events now have an isPreview flag indicating whether the current render is a cached preview; see also
