D10 Symphony Encoder fail

Just tried to reinstall Word Serialization dev after updating to Drupal 10.2.2 and hit this site crasher:

Fatal error: Declaration of Drupal\doc_serialization\Encoder\Doc::encode($data, $format, array $context = []) must be compatible with Symfony\Component\Serializer\Encoder\EncoderInterface::encode(mixed $data, string $format, array $context = []): string in /code/web/modules/contrib/doc_serialization/src/Encoder/Doc.php on line 44

Had the same issue as well... the fix required getting the module to match with the symfony error. *Will provide a change in a moment.
