Showing "TLS verification is disabled" error when not disabled.

Problem/Motivation

Testing dev in prep for 📌 Create Quant 1.5.5 release Postponed and am seeing:

DANGER ZONE: TLS verification is disabled for Quant API connections. It is highly recommended that you update your server configuration to handle TLS rather than disabling TLS verification.

when the checkbox is unchecked.

Fix the logic so it doesn't show when it shouldn't.
