Problem/Motivation

While going through the theme for issues I found out that twitter logo is still the old one.

Steps to reproduce

Install the theme and check for the twitter logo

Proposed resolution

Icon needs to be updated with new twitter logo X

    @chetan applied the following patch and the issue is resolved, but I can see the difference in the RSS icon and I am adding screenshot of the same before and after the patch
