Append radios and checkboxes label

Patch to append radio/checkbox label

Hmm, it's not ok, it remembers the previous items, so the titles of multiple order items are these:

• FOO
• FOO - BAR
• FOO - BAR - BAZ

should be:

• FOO
• BAR
• BAZ

Added MR.

I think a
$option_title = $element_title;

is missing before the
if (in_array($element['#type'], ['checkboxes', 'radios'])) {
