Text is not visible in comment section input

Create patch for the issue..

@Nitin shrivastava, I verified the #2 patch on 10.x.x, and now the text of the subject input box is visible. Just a suggestion, don't we need to make the Subject and Comment input text color the same? Added screenshots for reference.

Looks like you got caught up on something else, as I'm available now I'm looking into it.

Fixed the issue and matches it with the comment textarea text colour as well. Raised an MR for this, Please have a look:

Verified MR23 on 10.2.x, the text is visible on comment section. RTBC++
