Document that "with-references" exports can include multiple entities

Problem/Motivation

On the project page and when running drush default-content-deploy:export-with-references, it says that this command exports a single entity. However, like drush default-content-deploy:export, this command can export multiple entities.

Proposed resolution

Update the homepage and strings in the code.
