Cache links

as a solution we can run cron job to check all modules and save data to the variable or smth similar.

Created and merged a new MR.

Implemented hook_cron() to collect all info about files.
Also, added other hooks to rebuild the collection when we install or uninstall any modules.

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
