Report Maillog overview - better default sort criteria

Problem/Motivation

Default order - Maillog: Date (desc) - of Maillog overview page is sometimes not logic. It happens when several records are created with the same timestamp.

IMHO there is no reason why not to sort it by Maillog_ID as default.
