Problem/Motivation

The configurable error messages are not translatable.

Steps to reproduce

Setup a site that translates the user interface into another language. Replicate a reCaptcha error so the error message is output. See that the error message is not listed for translation at admin/config/regional/translate.

Proposed resolution

Run the error messages through t() on render.
