I was thinking of something like this, though the schema and default yml files need to be updated.
It might be useful to send multiple headers instead of just one.
Change the settings page from radios to checkboxes.
Provide a patch with the suggested change.
The settings page would allow multiple values to be set.
The module would potentially send multiple headers, depending upon what is selected.
