Fork repo from la_eu

Hello @fgarlin could you please confirm you can pull the repo and find a drupal instalation that makes sense?

I can clone it but I cannot install it. I asked in the #la_eu community slack as there is an error on installation.
I will keep you posted (via this issue).

Following instructions here https://www.drupal.org/project/la_eu/issues/3404467 → made it work. I will document the process.

We now have our own fork.

Everything is a big WIP as I just started playing with it. We should set goals in our next meeting.

I'd say that we can mark this issue as fixed as it was the initial set up.
