module reinstall fails stating filter.format.aggregator_html already exists in active configuration

Do you have access to drush?

If so, run drush cdel filter.format.aggregator_html before retrying install

Yep. I missed that.

I ran *drush* as suggested by larowlan and after that, I could install the module. Thank you guys!

PS. maybe uninstall operation should include this filter removal?

Pushed an MR with a test

I hope you don't mind me writing the update function for the config change. I intend to write an update path test, but work is rearing its ugly head at the moment. So I just wanted to commit what I'd written so far.

The update path test has been added, but the new testFilterDependency() test is resulting in a weird failure. Unfortunately, it's not failing for me locally on 10.2.0, which makes me wonder if this is yet another 10.2.3-related failure.

And the tests are green now.
