Error saving theme properties

After trying to save the properties of the theme, there is error and nothing is saved.
Drupal 10.2.1. Php 8.3.0

TypeError: call_user_func_array(): Argument #1 ($callback) must be a valid callback, function "restaurant_zymphonies_theme_settings_form_submit" not found or invalid function name in call_user_func_array() (line 129 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Form/FormSubmitter.php).

@himanshu_jhaloya, after applying the MR11 now I'm getting an error when I click on theme setting (Theme > settings)
