Daily Subscription Enhancements

Problem/Motivation

Daily subs could use the following enhancements:

• A report page where you can see a list of daily subs waiting to be processed
• The ability to process daily subs on demand
• Add a new state variable to track if processing is in progress
• Add a new state variable to track the date/time daily sub processing last finished
• Remove the state variable for daily processing start time
• Remove the state variable for daily processing end time
• Simplify logic for determining if daily processing is in progress by utilizing the new variables

This issue is a work in progress and will be expanded as I think about this more.
