Use CDN option not functional in CKE5

Problem/Motivation

On CKE4, if you use the CDN, it applies to both editing and frontend experience. On CKE5 it has no affect.

Steps to reproduce

- Use module on a theme without Bootstrap and CKE5
- Check "Use Cdn"
- Grid works on edit, not frontend
