Add a check box for validation animation

If someone needs to remove the shaking behavior, they can do it via custom code shared on Drupal → or dedicated control module.

I agree a separate UI module for animations would be best. Or custom code which is fine and what I did. But I would give a plus1 to removing the shake from this module and writing a cookbook to add effects if that is what the user wants.
