For version 2.0, remove OrangeDamApi::getContent() compatibility wrapper

Problem/Motivation

OrangeDamApi::getContent() was renamed to OrangeDamApi::queueContent() and getContent() was re-implemented as a compatibility wrapper so as to not break any existing usages.

Proposed resolution

The backwards-compatibility is scheduled to be removed in version 2.0.0. As part of that release, we should:

1. Remove OrangeDamApi::getContent()
2. Document the change in API in the release notes.

API changes

OrangeDamApi::getContent() will no longer work and users must call OrangeDamApi::queueContent() instead.
