Update to Drupal 10 or merge with "DateTime hide Seconds"

Reset Date Field will not install on Drupal 10.

Proposed resolution 2

Ask the three brave maintainers over at DateTime hide Seconds → to merge your module into their module.

"Better DateTime" would be a great name for the new module.
