The Drop down menus do not appear to be working. The arrow shows up next to the menu as though there is a sub menu there, but it does not expand.
Add any page as a sub menu link of a main menu link. You will see the arrow appear, but the menu does not work as a drop down.
Enabling unlimited levels on the menu block does not help, not does setting the menu as expanded.
For the same settings the menu works in other themes.

Apologies I don't have git handy to do a diff/patch and want to get this posted before I forget.
I had to make some changes to menu--main.html.twig in smallbusiness/templates to get the submenu to work
drop the .txt from the end, (wont let me upload .twig files)
