Tried to enable this module in the Drupal 11 version. It shows that it is incompatible.
Unable to install modules: module 'workbench_moderation' is incompatible with this version of Drupal core.
- Clone Drupal 11 version
- Get workbench moderation module with composer or your preferred way.
- Try to enable it.
- Add Drupal 11 compatibility in module's info.yml file.
