Include .links.menu.yml files in YamlExtractor.php

I would like the YamlExtractor.php to include .links.menu.yml files when extracting translations.

Add .links.menu.yml (title and description) to $sequencesByFiles.

I have created a patch that is adding .links.menu.yml to the YamlExtractor.php and also updated the class comment description.

Changed the patch name to follow patch naming conventions.
