Display the "Disabled" status in language specific profile settings overrides when relevant

Problem/Motivation

When the "Disabled" option was added in #3192198 → , that option was not made to be displayed after it's been selected and saved. Instead, the default option ("Use default settings") is displayed.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Select "Disabled" for a language profile override in the setting form.
  2. Save the settings.
  3. See "Use default settings" instead of "Disabled" for that override.

Proposed resolution

When an override status is "Disabled", display it as "Disabled" in the settings form.
