Problem/Motivation

📌 All footnotes available as block for Layout Builder / Paragraph / ... Needs review made it possible to combine all footnotes into a block. That needs to be ported over to the modal version.

Steps to reproduce

Modal version does not have this featured.

Proposed resolution

Port the feature over to the modal version.

Footnotes are available combined as a block for the modal version as well.
