Add hook to allow automatically adding styles

Problem/Motivation

It would be useful if there was a way of automatically adding allowed styles in other modules, e.g. for the Pagebreak module → to automatically list "page-break-after" as an allowed option.

Proposed resolution

Add a hook for automatically adding styles to the properties list.
