On the Theme homepage it says, that openrestaurant is using radix theme, however, openrestaurant is no longer maintained distribution for Drupal 10.

says under Distributions using Radix
Open Restaurant: The Open Restaurant distribution has everything you need to kickstart your restaurant website. It comes with a menu management system, a reservation system, a customizable blog and events management.
remove that part from the page, since openrestaurant is no longer supporting current drupal
