Allow the latest version of Inline Entity Form

IMO is seems like you should be able to move up v3 as brightcove as not allow sites to build using v2 you shouldn't need to worry about 'the feature' risk that they are by-passing v2 for..

The patch applies (obviously) but I believe composer doesn't allow dynamic patching of module composer files, so the conflict remains. Can we get this into a dev version of brightcove?
