Provide a way to set default metadata on objects

You committed on the 8.x-1.x branch instead of on 3412520-set-default-metadata, I'll fix that.

This won't work: the cloud-storage key shouldn't be hardcoded, it can be named anything. You need to use the name of the current Flysystem filesystem.
