Duplicate feature for excluding content types (UX issue).

Problem/Motivation

You can exclude content types with either using the Node bundles option or clicking the Exclude checkbox. These aren't checked to see if they are compatible. We should only use one of these options.

Actually, there is also similar functionality on the Index tab which is also confusing IMO though I guess there is a use case for only reindexing certain content types and not everything that is normally allowed. Needs some thought. If it should stay, then maybe better descriptions to explain the difference. Also, if something is excluded in the Entity configuration form then it shouldn't show up here.
