Quant search page has to be resaved if CSS changes.

Problem/Motivation

If the CSS changes that affects the search pages, seeding theme assets alone doesn't fix the page. You have to resave the search page for changes to show up.

At the minimum, this should be added to the documentation, so it's clear that you have to do this.
