I am closing this as a duplicate of 💬 core modules won't update with Drupal 10.2.1 Active .
Did the upgrade ok but when I go to do database updates it starts out with 24 updates and when it
gets to 21 it isn't moving forward....I do a manual upgrade using my FTP client....unless it is just taking forever...
the area it is stuck on is:
system module
Update description for form modes.
Update description for view modes.
Add new default mail transport dsn.
Add new default mail transport dsn.
Remove redundant asset state and config.
Remove redundant asset query string state.
Updates system.theme.global:logo.url config if it's still at the default.
