Drupal 10.1 claro side by side regression fixing

Problem/Motivation

upgrading to D10.1.6+ new claro css , causes issues in some configurations of etuf.

Steps to reproduce

upgrade to D10.1.6+
using etuf side by side mode
in D10.0, 2.0.0 was fine
in D10.1.6+ 2.0.0 not fine with etuf sbs mode.

provide screenshots before and after.

Proposed resolution

add css to the expected file.

create patch/review solution, test and commit.
