Support for Address v2

Address module now has a v2 release → .

It would be good to be able to support it, the changes don't look too drastic so may be possible to support both 1 and 2?

Addressfield v2 works as well as v1, including with the different optional form wrappers. I'll add it to the composer.json as an option.
