Allow "/" in ids to allows constants

When using multiple ids including 1 with a migrate constants, the drush ms command throw an InvalidArgumentException

Add multiple ids with at least one item with constants/MYCONST

Allow "/" char in regex

Change the comment, i propose :
The id (%s) must only include word characters a-z, A-Z, 0-9, including _ (underscore) and / (slash, for constants).

Just created 🐛 Allow "/" in headers Needs review which might be related, or even fixed with this fix.
