Allow adding multiple categories to the form through "other" input field

Problem/Motivation

Every time I have to add more than 1 category to a form, I have to add them one by one and save the form each time.

This is exponential, that is, if in a hypothetical case, I need to add 10 categories to a form, I will have to repeat the process 10 times.

Steps to reproduce

Any webform -> Build -> Settings

  1. Click on Categories's input
  2. Click on 'Other...' input
  3. Now, you should see the "Enter other..." input field
  4. You can enter the new category, but only one
  5. Click on Save button to apply the category

In the case you need to add X categories to a form, you have to repeat this process X times.

Proposed resolution

As a solution, I think new functionality could be added to the "Enter another..." input field to be able to add multiple categories, separated from each other by commas, for example.
