Cannot reload the captcha img

Hy @Yan2020 ,Firstly in the captcha settings, choose the image captcha as the default challenge type.
Then, enable "Add CAPTCHA challenges on all forms" and "Additionally, Enable add CAPTCHA challenges on admin forms."As Mentioned In the ScreenShot Below. Save these settings. Next, navigate to the captcha points section and click on "Add CAPTCHA."
Enter the machine name of the contact form you've created and select the image challenge type.
Save these settings. Now, when you open the form in private or a new window, the image captcha will be successfully applied.

I also tried to reproduce the issue but didn’t face any issue. It worked for me as expected.
