Need some space in between these vertical links.

Looking into the issue and providing the necessary patch

I tried to replicate the issue and added the article and some tags to verify the issue and I found out that the stylings for the links like read more, comment and add new comment are showing up in different stylings. And with that, the issue cannot be reproduced as mentioned. So I am adding the screenshots below for the assessment I have done. Kindly verify the same.
