Add the option to show content cards in the monthly view

Problem/Motivation

In the 1.x version, we heavily made use of the possibility to drag individual articles between dates to plan them. In the 2.x version, this only seems to be possible in the weekly and daily views. We at What Happens really miss this functionality, since it happens often that we have to reschedule articles to the next week. Now, this is not possible anymore without going through the edit form.

Proposed resolution

I understand if you want to keep this as is by default, but we should at least offer a setting to render the individual content items on the calendar instead of the one [x entries] item.

Hey Dieter, there is actually a setting for that.

Go to: /admin/content-calendar/settings
Set the threshold you want: "Calendar Month: Compaction Threshold"

Seems like I forgot to run the update hook, the number_of_item_threshold option wasn't set yet causing the threshold to be 0.
