In my case I was seeing this in 2.0.0-beta1 with D10.2.1 at /admin/structure/types/manage/article/fields/node.article.body Patch #2 fixes it for me.

I'm not sure how to require #4 in my composer.json without a patch file but I made that change manually, cleared my caches, and that also fixes it for me.

Thanks for the efforts folks. Properly fixed in the last 2.0.0 beta, and a new 2.1.0 beta.

Unfortunately I've still got the same problem with 2.1.0-beta1 in D10.2.1 with PHP 8.3.0.

@Nick Hope Maybe you downloaded 2.0.0-beta2 first time around?

In my further testing, I haven't seen this again, so perhaps I was running 2.0.0-beta2 when it re-appeared. I know I did change to that version at one point as I was testing the other issue.
