Broken link at Planeta Drupal page

For what I recall, on the Content guidelines → documentation guide, there have never been a About Planeta Latinoamericano page.
There is Regionalized Planet Drupal → page, but it summarily describes how versions of Planet Drupal in other languages can be added. It is not the page to give more details about Planeta Latinoamericano.

I would rather remove that link, for the moment. It should be added when the linked page has been created.

I disabled the block showing that link.
