Empty section promoted block not visible initially

Hmm yeah I see your point. We can probably do a better job surfacing that. I tried to detail how that all works in the README. Did ya see that one? In short those pages are accessible as "Configure default layout section" and "Promoted blocks" buttons on the Manage Display page for the entity. That's where the other LB stuff is.

I've since added a guide on how to set up this module in the documentation → and an Umami demo → that has everything setup as an example.
