D10 upgrade warning for custom Droopler theme

Hello,

I just completed the upgrade to Drupal 10. I am running Droopler 3.3.0rc1.

Years ago, I made a custom theme, and now, I get this warning popping up on my site. I have no idea how to fix it and Google has not been helpful:

    Hi, ensure that the file and its parent directories have the correct permissions for global.js, allowing the web server to read the file. You can use the chmod command to adjust permissions if needed.
